Winter News

January 2019

We have decided to have an extended break from breeding cats in 2019.  Whilst we love and enjoy our hobby immensely, we are also very busy with work and family life and feel we need to take time out from the dedication and labour of love that entails raising happy, confident kittens. Please check back at the end of the year for more for news.

Autumn News

October 2018

After a break from showing our cats, we decided to take Jorjeez Sandpiper 'Milo' to the Kentish CC show for his first show outing and boy did he do us proud!  He was awarded his Open 1st  in his kitten class and was awarded the Best of Breed (BOB) over a lovely cream female kitten.  He also placed very well in both his side classes, with 2 x 2nd places against some stunning kittens of all colour and patterns.  It was great to catch up with our breeder friends too. We now look forward to the next show with Milo...

Summer News

August 2018

We  have had a busy summer at Jorjeez and due to a demanding human job promotion and some personal health issues we've had to slow down, as a result we have decided to limit the number of cats we have and cut back on our breeding plans for next year.  Coal is now on a 'honeymoon' holiday with a  breeder friend to help her breeding plans, so going forward, for the time being we will only have Mimi and Lilah here, but we have kept a son from Mimi and Coal, Milo 'Jorjeez Sandpiper' pictured below:

April 2018

I'm sorry but due to a high number of kitten enquiries we will not be accepting any more interest in kittens at the present time. We will update the website when this changes.

It has been a busy Winter here at Jorjeez HQ...we have decided to focus on self series cats and kittens and have had a break from showing, so lots of time at home chilling with our feline gang.  Our beloved Zuri and Dandelion are now settled into retirement with their new mummy Alison. A hard decision to let them go but we've put them first as Dandelion is very territorial with other cats and we didn't want her separated from her mum who is the only other cat she tolerates.  We have no doubt they have found themselves a super home but we will miss them terribly, it's quiet without their crazy silver antics!.

We are excited to hopefully welcome the pitter patter of tiny paws in May from Mimi and Coal if all goes well.  We could have a rainbow of kitten colours born.

Mitzi 'Jorjeez Hanky Panky' is growing up nicely and we are glad she is here to carry on in her mum Alice's pawprints.  She has her super nature and wonderful true British coat. She also has a typically blue personality, being laid back and chilled in temperament.  It's hard to believe she survived such a hard start in life and came out the other side to grow into a beautiful kitten.

Jorjeez Nursery News

Dec 2017

Our first litter this year have started to leave us...Born to our stud Ch (Tica) Admirari Cat-King Coal and Bluepawz Alice in Wonderland. The kittens initially had a very tough start, being born slightly premature and mum Alice having post c-section complications which meant we had to hand feed them. But I'm pleased to say they have done really well and have found themselves fabulous forever families.  We look forward to seeing them grow into gorgeous teddy bear cats.
